Your search for conference help is over. We are your resource for conferences and special events at Iowa State University. Our experienced team has successfully managed local, regional, national and international events. Whether you are faculty, staff, a student group at Iowa State University, or simply are interested in hosting your event at Iowa State University – we are here to help!
We have collaborated with conference organizers to create great conference experiences for events ranging from 15-15,000- whether in the classroom, on our campus and community, or halfway around the world.
How does it work?
We assign a lead contact to each event to ensure your conference runs smoothly. Your single point of contact works with you throughout the process—during the planning period, onsite at the conference, and when the event is over. We continue working with you until the final bills have been paid, income has been accounted for, and the comprehensive accounting statement has been completed.
One of the unique benefits of our office is our partnership with the Ames Convention and Visitors Bureau. Our joint organization works together to provide you with seamless access to all the services of both Iowa State University and the Ames Convention and Visitors Bureau through a single point of contact. Regardless of how you reach out-we can connect you to all the resources of both campus and community to make the planning process and the visitor experience a great one!
